Job Details for Maintenance Technician:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Start Time: Ranges from 6:00 am to 8:00 am until completion (uncapped overtime)
• Pay Rate: Up to $26.00/hr.

• Benefits Available! Job Description for Maintenance Technician:
  • Welding & Fabrication: Perform welding and fabrication as needed.
  • Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical issues.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct daily to annual preventative maintenance (PM).
  • Read Schematics: Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and comply with the LOTO program.
  • Team Communication: Share updates via daily written pass-downs.
  • Leadership: Lead and train others when necessary.
  • Collaborate: Work with service engineers to resolve issues. Job Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
    • Experience: 5+ years in mechanical, electrical, and welding/fabrication maintenance.
      • Electrical control circuits troubleshooting.
      • Welding and fabrication experience.
      • Ability to read and understand schematics.
      • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and programmable control systems.
      • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders frequently.
      • Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
      • Ability to respond quickly to line calls throughout the building
      • HS Diploma or GED
      • Primarily in a food ingredient blending facility.
      • Exposure to noise, dust, machinery, forklifts, and temperature fluctuations.
