Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BRIM Consultant (Technical) to support custom

enhancements to an existing SAP BRIM system and implement a new technical solution for

ODFL. This role requires onsite work in Thomasville, NC, with no remote flexibility. The

consultant will play a critical role in developing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP BRIM

landscape to support business requirements.



Key Responsibilities:

Custom Enhancements to the Existing SAP BRIM System:

o Develop and optimize custom ABAP enhancements to improve billing, invoicing,

and revenue management processes.

o Modify and extend SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI),

and FICA functionalities based on business needs.

o Implement custom user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancements to streamline the

billing process.

o Improve integration points between SAP BRIM and other systems, ensuring

smooth data flow and accuracy.

Implementation of a New Technical Solution:

o Design and deploy a new SAP BRIM functionality tailored to billing and revenue

requirements.

o Enable automated pricing and discount management within SAP Convergent

Charging (CC) to improve flexibility.

o Configure real-time rating and charging mechanisms to support complex freight

billing scenarios.

o Develop custom reports and dashboards for finance and billing teams using SAP

FIORI or CDS Views.

o Enhance SAP integration capabilities using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and SAP

CPI/PI/PO to ensure seamless connectivity with third-party systems.

o Optimize performance tuning for high-volume transactions to prevent processing

bottlenecks.

Testing, Deployment, and Support:

o Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for all new enhancements.

o Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal IT team.

o Support go-live activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth

transition.

o Implement best practices for SAP BRIM scalability to support long-term growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation

Management).

Strong ABAP development skills, including enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and user

exits.

Experience with SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and

FICA is required.

Proven experience in implementing new BRIM solutions and performing custom

enhancements.

Strong knowledge of SAP integrations (IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, Web Services,

PI/PO, or CPI).

Experience working with high-volume billing and revenue management systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues within SAP BRIM.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must be able to work onsite in Thomasville, NC for the full duration of the contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
