seeks a passionate visionary for our Strategic Procurement team to
work with suppliers, maintenance sites, project teams, and partners
to support the transit and high-speed rail markets. Get ready to

dynamic global procurement teams!
Your primary responsibility will be to lead all aspects of
strategic procurement for our Customer Services (CS) Business Unit
in the US. This role will involve developing and implementing
procurement strategies for our domestic markets and ensuring a
high-performance supply chain. Ideally, you have extensive
knowledge of local supply markets in rolling stock service and
overhaul commodities, as well as experience in service and project
business. Most importantly, you will mentor and lead your team of
20 Category and Project Procurement Managers, effectively
addressing business expansion and encouraging a growth mindset
culture.

This position is based in Lexington, NC. We offer a variety of

salary range for this position in Lexington, NC, is $172,800 -
$233,800, and the annual incentive is 20% of the base salary. The
salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the
candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
