TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103 Pay Information $1,894 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: MS/Tele Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years (Accept 1.5 years with strong experience) License: NC or Compact license pending is acceptable, but must be in hand at the time of start Certifications: BLS, must pass EKG testing prior to start for this specialty Must-Have: IV Start and Telemetry skills Job Description: - Self-scheduling based on unit needs, with input from Nursing Management - Orientation includes 36 hours of unit onboarding, with additional 8 orientation hours - Patients include surgery patients in colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, orthopedics/spine specialties - Occasionally required to float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby - Weekend requirement is every other weekend - Must be prepared to work 2 out of 3 major holidays - Target ratios for patient care are 1:6 - Use of Pyxis, SBAR, and Epic systems - Navy blue or white scrubs are required - Required to complete pre-start learning modules, including 8-10 hours for Acute Care roles - RTO after booking is not allowed on-site; call-offs or additional RTO might lead to cancellation - Fatigue policy prohibits working more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours in a week 27197213EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS MS Tele Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
