The Registered Nurse RN Float position provides flexible nursing coverage across various units, ensuring high-quality patient care through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. This role involves conducting patient assessments, formulating tailored care plans, and responding to emergencies while managing patient placements and transfers within the facility. Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing, a valid RN license, and ideally have experience in clinical specialties.
Overview: The Registered Nurse RN Float position involves providing flexible nursing coverage across various units and departments as needed. Operating with adaptability, this role collaborates with different healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining quality standards in diverse clinical settings.
